Our products are shipped with insurance to guarantee any refunds should the product become damaged or lost during delivery. This is a reason for our slightly higher delivery charges but we want to ensure that you get your drums delivered to you without any issues or damages.
Delivery times are only estimates and are from when the order has shipped by us.

Refunds / Cancellations
Refunds will not be issued to customers when the snare drum order has been completed and delivered. If you change your mind during the build process, you will only recieve a 50% refund for the amount paid (unless otherwise agreed).
This is due to materials being bought and considerable time having been taken into crafting your custom order which is unique to you.
Import Taxes
You are responsible for paying any import taxes upon delivery to your country.
Upfront Costs
Designing your custom drum is free. We will not charge to communicate with you and to design your custom drum. Upon confirming your order with us, we will take a 40% deposit to cover materials, and initial labour, followed by the remaining 60% before shipping the item.
