SHIPPING
Our products are shipped with insurance to guarantee any refunds should the product become damaged or lost during delivery. This is a reason for our slightly higher delivery charges but we want to ensure that you get your drums delivered to you without any issues or damages.
Delivery times are only estimates and are from when the order has shipped by us.

Upfront Costs
Designing your custom drum is free. We will not charge to communicate with you and to design your custom drum. Upon confirming your order with us, we will take a 30% deposit to cover materials, and initial labour, followed by the remaining 70% before shipping the item.
Refunds / Cancellations
You have 72 hours to change your mind after paying the deposit for a full refund.
If you change your mind after 72 hours you will not receive a refund for your deposit.
Refunds of the full amount upon receiving your order if you change your mind will be 50% of the total price (unless otherwise agreed).
Import Taxes
You are responsible for paying any import taxes upon delivery to your country.
Design Changes
Design changes will, in most cases, change the cost of your order.
We appreciate that when building a custom drum you want it to be exactly what you want and we will go through a thorough design process to find out what you're after and what we can offer.
