This model gets it's name from it's striking, vibrant shell, and its fierce attack. The shell construction is an 8mm solid, stave shell made from Padauk decorated with a triple inlay of White Oak and Walnut.
 
Even with hightened top-end frequencies, this snare drum also packs some warms and plenty of body to provide a thicker sounding drum whilst still being able to cut through any mix. Not only will it stand out sonically, but is sure to make a lasting visual impact.
